Rockstar News | GTA Online Biker DLC and Red Dead News
These past few months have been pretty quiet for Rockstar Games on the news front. The only thing of note is the release of the "Bikers" DLC update for Grand Theft Auto Online.
Red Dead Revolver was released for the PlayStation 4 as a PlayStation 2 Classic title this past week, as with Max Payne and The Warriors before it the game doesn't have a platinum trophy.
Rockstar have just today updated their site, Facebook, YouTube and Twitter pages to include an image that is evocative of the background art used to promote Red Dead Redemption, indicating that a new Red Dead announcement may be imminent. Several months ago there was a rumour of a Red Dead Redemption remaster in the works.
Rockstar has released a couple of updates to Grand Theft Auto Online in recent weeks. First up was the "Further Adventures in Finance and Felony" update allowing you to become a Los Santos kingpin of crime.
Next up was the "Cunning Stunts" update which includes a series of surreal races and new character customization items.
Next week will see users be able to create their own tracks with the addition of the Stunt Race Creator tool update.
The PlayStation 2 classic The Warriors has been added to the PlayStation Network, like Max Payne it does not have a platinum trophy.
Not to be out done Microsoft added backwards support for the Xbox 360 version of Red Dead Redemption on the Xbox One. After becoming compatible with the Xbox One sales of the game were reported to have increased significantly.
More details have emerged regarding Leslie Benzies departure from Rockstar Games. Unfortunately the split looks to be far from amicable.
Max Payne is the latest PlayStation 2 classic to be made available for the PlayStation 4. It joins the already available Manhunt, Bully, Grand Theft Auto III, Vice City and San Andreas and has similar enhancements to these previous releases. Curiously though, it has less trophies than other Rockstar classics with no platinum trophy.

To celebrate the latest addition to Grand Thaft Auto Online there will be double RP & GTA$ earned in adversary modes all week long.
